they feature Baer's 6-piston monoblocks, which afaik are their best calipers, though the rotors could be better in terms of balance and heat dissipation.

Nothing wrong with Shelby stock brakes, they were 4 piston and he upgraded to to 6 piston for racing.

4 piston is plenty unless you race very often, then 6 piston is the way to go...
