Коллеги, не могу найти инфу - как снять нахлобучку в салоне на тонель?

Открываешь накладку подлокотника. Вытаскиваешь резиновые площадки на которые опирается крышка-накладка. Там винты. Выкручиваешь, вытаскиваешь корыто. Под корытом еще 2 винта вглубине, выкручиваешь. Спереди снимаешь пластмасску вокруг МКПП, спереди еще 2 винта... Все...

Ты не подумывал обзавестись книжкой но обслуживанию и ремонту мустанга, прежде чем затевать разборку? Подозреваю, что 90% твоих вопросов уже имеют ответ на форуме, за 10 лет существования последнего. Тем более вопрос "где взять книжку?"

Книгу я скачал, но она в таком формате, что программа переводчик не в состоянии ее перевести.По форуму в поисковике забивал, но ответа не нашел

либо подручными средствами мастерить, в интернете полно советов

режешь ленту от тюбика из под шампуня  1-1.5 мм толщиной пластик , сворачиваешь трубочкой и вуаля , если под рукой сьемника нет то это оптимальный вариант

Все ок! С первой помучился, а потом как по маслу. Сейчас другая проблема - стекло из двери вытащить не могу, видимо надо заклепки высверливать...

Removal

1. Remove the front door trim panel (23942) and watershield. Refer to Section 01-05.

2. Remove front door belt line inside weatherstrip (21456) .

3. Remove the attaching screws and remove the door window glass inner stabilizers (22380) .

4. Remove the screws attaching the front door window front upstop brackets (21742) and remove the front door window front upstop brackets .

5. Remove one rivet and remove front door belt line outside weatherstrip (21452).

6. Lower the front door window glass (21410) to gain access to the front door window channel bracket attaching rivets.

7. CAUTION: Use care when drilling out the rivet to prevent enlarging the front door window channel bracket (23288) and spacer holes. This will damage the door window glass channel bracket retainer (234A46) .

   Using a drift punch, remove the center pin of each rivet attaching the front door window glass to the front door window channel bracket . Using a 1/4-inch drill, drill out the remainder of the rivet.

8. Tip front of front door window glass down to clear door filler. Remove front door window glass .

Installation

1. Position the front door window glass to the front door window regulator (23200) . Install two 1/4-inch blind rivets or two 1/4-20x1/2 inch hex-head bolts with two 1/4-20 nut and washer assemblies to attach the front door window glass to the front door window regulator . Tighten the bolt and nut to 10.2-13.8 Nm (8-10 lb-ft). Equivalent metric retainers may also be used.

2. Loosely install the door window glass inner stabilizers and upstops.

3. NOTE: If adjustment is needed, refer to Adjustments as outlined.

   Install belt line weatherstrips.

4. Cycle the front door window glass to check for proper operation.

5. When front door window glass cycles properly, tighten the stabilizer retaining screws to 10.2-13.8 Nm (8-10 lb-ft).

6. Install the front door trim panel and watershield. Refer to Section 01-05.

Console Panel, Floor

Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect battery ground cable (14301) .

2. Remove console finish panel (04567) by carefully prying up from retaining clips. Disconnect electrical connectors.

3. Remove two rubber bumpers, two screws and glove compartment (06010) from console panel (045A36) .

4. Remove four mounting screws (two at front of console panel at the instrument panel (04320) and two under console glove compartment ).

5. Move parking brake control (2780) to upright position.

6. Move console panel up and back and disconnect console panel wiring harness connectors.

7. To install, reverse Removal procedure. If console panel is being replaced, transfer switches, cigar lighter, glove compartment door (06024) and wiring harness to new console panel .

Spring Lock Coupling

The spring lock coupling is a refrigerant line coupling held together by a garter spring inside a circular cage.

• When the coupling is connected together, the flared end of the female fitting slips behind the garter spring inside the cage of the male fitting.
• The garter spring and cage then prevent the flared end of the female fitting from pulling out of the cage.
• Two O-rings are used to seal between the two halves of the coupling.
• These O-ring seals are green and are made of special material.
• Use only the green O-ring seals listed in the Ford Master Parts Catalog for the spring lock coupling.
• A plastic indicator ring is used on spring lock couplings to indicate, during vehicle assembly, that the coupling is connected. Once the coupling is connected, the indicator ring is no longer necessary but will remain captive by the coupling near the cage opening.
• The indicator ring may also be used during service operations to indicate connection of the coupling.
• After the coupling has been cleaned and new O-ring seals lubricated and installed with clean refrigerant oil, insert the tabs of the indicator ring into the cage opening.
• Connect the coupling together by pushing with a slight twisting motion. When the coupling is connected, the indicator ring will snap out of the cage opening but will remain captured on or near the coupling by the refrigerant line.

Removal

Removal and Installation

Наверно книжку Хайнса. Лишний раз убеждаюсь, что ни Хайнс, ни Митчел, ни ОллДата не заменят официальный мануал. В лучшем случае дополнят лишними фотками или цветными схемами. Тебе нужен 1994\1995 Ford Car Service Manual, правда может будут проблемы запустить его не в Windows 98\XP. В гугле всё меньше и меньше ссылок на него, на рутрэкере должен ещё висеть в большом сборнике

Делаю полную реставрацию машины (насколько смогу себе позволить) с заменой цвета, контролем и обработкой скрытых полостей. Без ПОЛНОЙ разборки авто в т.ч. снятием окон будут лишь полумеры. Вот если бы еще кто нибудь мануал подкинул.... может мне на эл.почту кто скинет  ruslan.novikow@mail.ru

Я снял обшивку, мне обработали полости в дверях, опустил стекло, закрыл скотчем, покрасил двери... Я даже не знаю, снятие стекла дало бы что-то или нет... Разве что дверь опускать в жбан с краской, тогда - да...

У меня ключевой момент - замена цвета. Хочется сделать все на высоком уровне полумеры и гаражтюнинг не подходят. Красить буду и внутрянку и моторный отсек.
